There are no refunds for change of mind. Pure Zone products can be exchanged for a different product, or a credit note can be issued with a copy of your receipt or a proof of purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of goods. If you wish to return a product you have two options.
Option 1 - To return the product to a Pure Zone Store. You must have with you your receipt or proof of purchase as well as the products in original condition. That is, unused, unwashed and with all packaging intact.
Option 2 - If you are unable to get to a Pure Zone Store, please email online@purezone.com.au to advise us and we will make alternative arrangements.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that all product returns are at the customer’s expense and must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed and with all packaging intact (including any cardboard folded between the products).
If you believe your Pure Zone product is faulty, please contact online@purezone.com.au or call 03 9558 1944 during business hours with full details of your faulty item and receipt number and we will advise further action to be taken. If the product is faulty and needs to be returned, Pure Zone will cover the costs of return. Pure Zone has the right to repair or replace products if the goods are faulty.
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept any returns on pillows, quilts, under quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors and pillow protectors if the packaging has been opened, unless items are faulty. Please note that credit notes issued will not expire and can be redeemed at any Pure Zone Store Australia wide.
