PURE ZONE OFFERS FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100

Pure Zone offers Free Shipping on All Orders over $100 Australia-wide. For all orders under $100, a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $18 will apply. Please note that the Free Shipping is for delivery to one Australian address (sorry no split deliveries).

We now offer an EXPRESS Shipping option. This is available at the Check Out stage and is charged at $25 for all Orders.

SALE PERIODS - POTENTIAL COURIER DELAYS

During the Busy Sales Period, we might experience slight delays with Couriers. Please note, we work all the way through Sales Period (excluding Public Holidays) are working hard to fulfil your Orders as quickly as possible. We trust you will understand if your orders are slightly delayed. If you need your items urgently, we encourage you to upgrade to EXPRESS Shipping or Local Pick Up/Click and Collect from our Melbourne Warehouse.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION & DETAILS

All prices on the website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Pure Zone Online will currently only accept Australian credit cards. The Merchant name Pure Zone will appear on your credit card statement. Shipping is currently only available within Australia.

Pure Zone will dispatch all online orders by Australia Post or Courier. A Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent with the details of your order once it has been dispatched including the Courier Company and a tracking number. If this email does not appear in your Inbox, please check Junk or Spam Folder. Your Pure Zone Order can take 1-7 business days to deliver, depending on your location. This may vary depending on time of the year and can be out of our control.

All Pure Zone Orders under $300 will have authority to Leave the Parcel in a place deemed safe by the Courier. This is at the Couriers discretion. Please note: A signature will be required on delivery for all Pure Zone Orders over $300, so please provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your order. By placing an Order with Pure Zone Online, you are agreeing to these Delivery conditions.

Alternatively, you can use our "Notes" box in your Shopping Cart for your special instructions to leave the order without signing for it. If you choose to leave special instructions for the courier, please note this is your responsibility to ensure it is in a safe and secure location, away from weather conditions.

Please note - if there is no one to accept your delivery your delivery may be redirected and it will be the customers responsibility to collect this parcel within a given time frame. Pure Zone accepts orders for deliveries to Australia Post Parcel Lockers, P.O Boxes, Locked bags or RMD. No signature is required.

REDELIVERY FEE

If a parcel is Returned to Sender for any reason, Pure Zone can redeliver the Parcel to a nominated Shipping Address at a Flat Rate fee of $18. Pure Zone Customer Service Team Member will contact the Customer to ensure the delivery address is correct and reinvoice the Redelivery Fee of $18 and proceed to send out the Parcel on the same Business Day. Alternatively, if you wish to Collect the Parcel from Pure Zone Head Office in Melbourne we can arrange for this too. Simply let us know your preference. 

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Payments for All Online Orders are made through a secure processing site and we do not retain your credit card details. If you need to modify an order after it has been placed, please contact us directly at online@purezone.com.au with your Full Name and Order Number (can be found on Order Confirmation Email) and we will do our best to help you where possible.
