We are thrilled to offer our Pure Zone Customers a personalised Shopping Session with our Experienced Team who can help you design your perfect home. Whether you are decorating a bedroom, bathroom or a entire home, we can tailor the session to suit your needs, budget and decor.

Each Styling Sessions is 30 minutes long and complimentary. If you wish to make a purchase during the session, you can do so using a Credit Card via our Online Store. To make a booking, simply complete the Form Below or email us on online@purezone.com.au and we will come back to you with available times.

Don't live nearby but still want a Personalised Styling Session?

We also offer Virtual Styling Sessions via ZOOM. Simply let us know in the email and we will schedule this in.

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is the Styling Session just to browse the showroom or will I be guided by a Stylist?

When you book a Personalised Styling Session, you will have an experienced Pure Zone Stylist to assist you with your selections. If you do not wish to have assistance, they will simply provide you with options you're after and let you drive the session.

Can I bring in my own items from home to match colours with Pure Zone items?

Yes absolutely. We encourage you to bring in any of your items you wish to match so we can make sure we get the colours exactly right for you. TIP: you can bring in a pillowcase rather than the whole bedlinen set for convenience.

When I book a Personalised Styling Session, is it a 1:1 Session or a Group Session?

When you book a Personalised Styling Session with Pure Zone it will be one Pure Zone Stylist with you, no groups. But you are very welcome to bring in a friend, partner, family member if you wish to do so.

What payment methods can be used in a Session?

You are welcome to pay via Credit Card and use any active Gift Cards to make a purchase. We can help you complete this payment on the day using our Online Store and you can also pick up these items on the day.

I made an Order Online and selected Click & Collect as the delivery method. Can I pick up my order in a session?

Yes absolutely. We will have this ready for you to collect during your session. 

Where can I park?

We are located on Garden Boulevard, Dingley VIC. There is plenty of free parking right out front of our Pure Zone Showroom.

Can I bring a friend or my kids to the Styling Session?

Absolutely. We are a family owned and operated business, we encourage you to bring a friend if you would like. Kids are also very welcome to come to the session with you.

Do you have any other locations that I can attend a Styling Session?

At present, we will be doing the Styling Sessions from our Dingley, VIC location. But if that's not convenient to you to attend in person, simply book in for an Online Session.

Am I obliged to purchase after the Personalised Styling Session?

Absolutely not. Personalised Styling Sessions are completely obligation free. We will discuss with you the options, styles and colours but we know that sometimes you need time to think about it or go home and consider the colours. We encourage this, to ensure you get the exact products you're after for your home.

I have browsed online but want to see all the colour options in real life, should I book a session to be able to do this?

Yes, that's exactly what they are there for. We can provide you with a variety of colour and material options to choose from. We will show you these in natural light too so you can get a true gauge of the colour to thoroughly check if its suitable.
